I have just moved to the Lorain/Amherst area and needed to see a dentist. From the time I called Dr. Sfeir's office, I was treated by knowlegeble, friendly staff that seemed to make every effort to make every dimension of my visit for service efficient and comfortable. They were patient, receptive to my questions regarding my insurance, and organized in evaluation of my problem. The office was respectful of my time ( why should I lose an entire afternoon at a doctor's office?) and the doctor himself was very accurate in diagnosing my problem. He clearly explained the options available to me and never did I feel that he wanted to steer me in a direction based on money. He made extra sure I was informed of my options, gave me his opinion on how he would treat the problem if it were him, and made room for me in his schedule to treat me so I could be comfortable. His whole meat-and-potatoes approach to getting me what I needed was refreshing. He has an excellent sense of humor that made me feel really comfortable without being fake or corny. I was never in pain and the staff really made my experience organized and efficient. There is no chance you won't like this guy or his new office. There are huge HDTV's in the rooms too!
